Flooded House in West Point, VA

On Christmas Eve 2015, a home in West Point was flooded. The homeowners had personally gotten everything finished in their home to their liking. When it came to address the water damage that attacked their hardwood floors, reasonably they were apprehensive of having us remove them. At SERVPRO of New Kent, Williamsburg, and Northern Neck we try to save hardwood flooring whenever possible as pictured above. During the water restoration process we tented the hardwood floors. This allows us to direct the air flow exactly where we need to and make the drying more affective.
