Commercial Basement in Williamsburg, VA

Over the summer a commercial building decided to try out new AC units that are normally used to heat and chill single rooms in residential homes. So that is where the problem began--the AC units weren’t strong enough for the size of the area they were put in. The other problem that the building ran into was the AC units couldn’t dehumidify the air properly due to their size. When they reopened at the beginning of September they found mold growing in the building. Our long history with the organization gave us the opportunity to replace ceiling tiles and do mold remediation to the structure.
